لَآ أُقْسِمُ بِهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ
I swear by this city, Makkah -
আমি এই নগরীর শপথ করি
The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.(Sahih al-Bukhari 5027)
Verse 1 of Surah Al-Balad. This Surah is Meccan and has 20 ayahs; this ayah is in Juz 30.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
