ٱلَّذِينَ طَغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَٰدِ
[All of] whom oppressed within the lands
যারা দেশে সীমালঙ্ঘন করেছিল।
The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.(Sahih al-Bukhari 5027)
Verse 11 of Surah Al-Fajr. This Surah is Meccan and has 30 ayahs; this ayah is in Juz 30.
