وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلْـَٔايَٰتِ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
And thus do We [explain in] detail the verses, and perhaps they will return.
বস্তুতঃ এভাবে আমি বিষয়সমূহ সবিস্তারে বর্ণনা করি, যাতে তারা ফিরে আসে।
The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.(Sahih al-Bukhari 5027)
Verse 174 of Surah Al-A'raaf. This Surah is Meccan and has 206 ayahs; this ayah is in Juz 9.
