وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Acquainted [with all].
তিনিই পরাক্রান্ত স্বীয় বান্দাদের উপর। তিনিই জ্ঞানময়, সর্বজ্ঞ।
The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.(Sahih al-Bukhari 5027)
Verse 18 of Surah Al-An'aam. This Surah is Meccan and has 165 ayahs; this ayah is in Juz 7.
