وَمَا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ وَٱلْبَصِيرُ
Not equal are the blind and the seeing,
দৃষ্টিমান ও দৃষ্টিহীন সমান নয়।
The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.(Sahih al-Bukhari 5027)
Verse 19 of Surah Faatir. This Surah is Meccan and has 45 ayahs; this ayah is in Juz 22.
