فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.
অতঃপর যে লোক এই ওয়াদা থেকে ফিরে দাঁড়াবে, সেই হবে নাফরমান।
The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.(Sahih al-Bukhari 5027)

Verse 82 of Surah Aal-i-Imraan. This Surah is Medinan and has 200 ayahs; this ayah is in Juz 3.
