وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return
যেসব জনপদকে আমি ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছি, তার অধিবাসীদের ফিরে না আসা অবধারিত।
The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.(Sahih al-Bukhari 5027)
The Holy Quran › 21. Al-Anbiyaa
Verse 95 of Surah Al-Anbiyaa. This Surah is Meccan and has 112 ayahs; this ayah is in Juz 17.
