لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
তারা আগে বেড়ে কথা বলতে পারে না এবং তারা তাঁর আদেশেই কাজ করে।
