At-Tawba 9:10

لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ ١٠

They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors.

তারা মর্যাদা দেয় না কোন মুসলমানের ক্ষেত্রে আত্নীয়তার, আর না অঙ্গীকারের। আর তারাই সীমালংঘনকারী।
