هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
This [Qur'an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah.
এই হলো মানুষের জন্য বর্ণনা। আর যারা ভয় করে তাদের জন্য উপদেশবাণী।
خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ(صحيح البخاري ٥٠٢٧)
الآية ١٣٨ من سورة آل عمران. السورة مدنية وعدد آياتها ٢٠٠، وهذه الآية في الجزء ٤.
